14" x 6,5" Brady Jarrah Ply in Wanadoo Birl Finish (1989-1992)
This 14" x 6,5" Brady Jarrah Ply snare with a Wanadoo Birl outer ply is just amazing! It's an early (pre serial) model from between 1989 and 1992 (confirmed by the Brady company). Even after all those years, the snare is still in near mint condition and the wanadoo birl finish is just spectacular!
Besides the looks, the sound is also from a totally different league. It has a warm low pitched tone like mahogany, but has the attack and crispiness of an oak snare. It's comparable to snares like the Tama Mastercraft Rosewood for that matter. It goes without saying that the tuning range of this snare is huge. Wether it's low and sloppy, or high and funky, it never looses on resonance and sound.
Except for the heads and the snare wires, all is original. No matter if you're a collector or a player, this snare drum would be an amazing addition to your collection.
