24" Paiste 1974 Giant Beat Multi 3120gr
Rare and very much sought after vintage 24" Paiste Giant Beat Multi from 1974. For some, this is THE holy grail and they don't show up very often. This particular one has a weight of 3120 grams. A bit o the heavy side for a giant beat, since most of them are under 3000 grams, but at the same time, it gives it a little better ride qualities. It has that typical low pitch with the bright stick definition. The bell is full and clear and the crash and wash of the cymbal is just amazing (see video).
The cymbal is besides the early stage keyhole in excellent condition! The ink is all gone and it shows a bit of patina of course, but that standard for a 50 year old cymbal. For the rest no issues of any kind.
